HOW IS YOUR FURNITURE SHIPPED?
We ship nationally and internationally. We use “white-glove” shipping services whenever possible to ensure your furniture makes it to its destination in pristine condition. Your table will arrive blanket-wrapped or crated, fully insured, and will be assembled inside your home or office.
Local delivery includes roughly a 30 mile radius from our stores and costs $150 or less depending on the size of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days to schedule your delivery.
Special handling may be required for large pieces and charges may apply for delivery to remote locations. Shipping quotes are generated within 48 hours and can be provided prior to purchase.
HOW DO YOU CARE FOR WOODRICH FURNITURE?
Caring for your Woodrich furniture is easy. The finish requires no waxing, polishing, or other regular maintenance.
The finish we use is very durable and will withstand many years of normal use. We highly recommend that you do not expose your tabletop to high heat or prolonged moisture contact, as these will damage the finish. Many types of furniture are susceptible to damage if moved by dragging, especially over a thick carpet. Please use two people to safely move large pieces.
It is best to dust with a damp rag using long strokes parallel to the grain direction. A small amount of mild soap can be added to clean up oily spills.
Avoid aggressive scrubbing.
Avoid polishes, oils, and all solvents. These occasionally react with the finish and can create a high-gloss surface.
Avoid high heat, especially moist heat. Remember, this applies to boxes from the microwave as well as pans from the oven.
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL LEAD TIME?
On average, our in-stock, non-custom pieces will arrive within 2 weeks. Custom orders will take between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the time needed to complete your base. We’ll be sure to give you an accurate date for completion at time of purchase.
WHAT WILL THE DELIVERY FEE BE?
We will include a delivery fee quotation when you place an order. This fee will include all pieces in each transaction.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE TO AVOID THE DELIVERY FEE?
For in-stock, non-custom orders, it is possible to pick up your smaller pieces in store during business hours. Contact us to find out more.
